LGTBI activism is constantly evolving. The continuous training of our members is one of the basic pillars of our association. We regularly carry out internal training and participate in seminars, courses, workshops, etc. at the national and international level. The different profiles of the people who make up the association enable us to offer training in and on the following topics. If you are interested in the training we offer, please contact us!

Educational centres

In coordination with the teaching staff and/or the parent-teacher associations we offer training courses adapted to the needs of the students and staff of the centre. Likewise, we advise education professionals on affective, sexual and gender diversity.

Companies and public administrations

We advise and train employers and employees on Corporate Social Responsibility. We also have experience advising institutions in the drafting of legal texts or in the implementation of public policies.

Hate crimes

Raise awareness among law enforcement and justice administration personnel of the importance of criminalising these offences and providing quality care to victims, respecting their orientation and gender identity.

LGTBI Culture

We will always recognise the important role of culture in making visible the different LGTBI realities. For this reason, and with the support of professionals in the field of culture, we organise book presentations, film viewings, performing arts festivals, music workshops, etc.

In addition to Galician and Spanish, we have experience in providing training in English and we could also provide training in German.
